We are a private Christian-owned and operated remote contact center offering inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, and chat. Our focus and determination are to recapture the lost art of personable customer service for small-to-medium-size businesses.
We will care about you as our client, but we will also care about your customers, clients, and members, even to the point of offering them a prayer at the end of each call.
Our owner, staff, and contractors all live in the United States.
About the Founder
Anicka Richmond is the founder and owner of Integrity Communications and has over 25 years of experience in contact center customer service. She has worked across many industries performing inbound and outbound calls, doing sales, receiving orders, booking travel reservations, and communicating through e-mail and chat. Anicka has also held positions in management and owned a remote call center for several years.
